DKLS Industries Berhad Recommends First and Final Single-Tier Dividend in Respect of the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2023

The Board of Directors of DKLS Industries Berhad announced the recommendation of a first and final single-tier dividend of 3.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
