DLTx: Rhodium Enterprises to list on NASDAQ via merger

Rhodium Enterprises Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement and plan of
merger with SilverSun Technologies (NASDAQ:SSNT).

The proposed business combination is expected to close by year-end of 2022,
subject to the receipt of any applicable regulatory approvals, the approval of
SilverSun's and Rhodium's respective stockholders, and other customary closing
conditions.

DLTx will return with more information about what this means for our investment
as soon as the Company receives official information from Rhodium.
