NOW Inc. Announces James Crandell Notifies Intention to Retire from Board of Directors, Effective May 24, 2023

On March 29, 2023, Board member James Crandell notified NOW Inc. of his intention to retire from the Company's Board of Directors, effective at the expiration of his current term on the date of the Company's upcoming 2023 annual meeting of stockholders, currently scheduled for May 24, 2023. Mr. Crandell will therefore not stand for reelection at the upcoming 2023 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Crandell is not retiring due to any disagreement with the Company or any of its affiliates on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
