Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform that Mrs. Pantip Sripimol, submitted her resignation letter to the Company to resign from the position of the Company's Director due to it was unable to perform such duties efficiently. The resignation is effective from July 1, 2022 onwards.
Therefore, the Company will conduct the nomination process and appointment of the qualified person to replace such vacancy with the remaining term of the resigned Director. This also will be proposed to the Board of Directors to approve the appointment and the Company will disclose such information to the Stock Exchange of Thailand subsequently.
