Jiangsu DongHua Testing Technology Co., Ltd. approve election of Xiong Weihua as non-independent director; election of Shen Yufeng, Rao Zhushi, Yang Han as independent directors; election of Chen Lin as shareholder supervisor of the company, at its Extraordinary General Meeting of 2021 held on 05 July 2021.
DongHua Testing Technology Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the research, development, production and distribution of structural mechanics performance testing instrument and bundled software, as well as the provision of solutions and technical services. The Company's products mainly include static strain testing and analyzing systems and dynamic testing and analyzing systems. The Company's products are mainly used in the structural mechanics performance testing of industrial products, the optimal structure designing verification testing of industrial products, the functional security reliability performance testing of large buildings, as well as the monitoring and bug detecting of equipment, among others. On July 2, 2013, the Company announced that it has completed the acquisition of the remaining 30% stake in its Yangzhou-based 70%-owned subsidiary. After the transaction, the Company holds a 100% stake in the subsidiary.
