Change in the top management of the Dr. Hönle AG
Dr. Franz Richter becomes the new CEO
The supervisory board of Dr. Hönle AG delegates Dr. Franz Richter, currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the UV technology company, as interim successor to CEO Norbert Haimerl.
Gilching, May 16th, 2023 - After the change at the top of the Supervisory Board, the body delegates Dr. Franz Richter as interim successor to Norbert Haimerl, who has been on the board for many years and who resigned by mutual agreement effective April 30, 2023.
Norbert Haimerl was a member of the board of Dr. Hönle AG since 2000, as CEO since last year. For more than two decades he has made a significant contribution to the successful development of the company.
The search for a new CEO has already begun. Until her or his appointment, Dr. Franz Richter will take up this position, but for a maximum of one year. During this time, his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board will be suspended - and taken over by Niklas Friedrichsen on an interim basis. He has been a member of the Dr. Hönle AG Supervisory Board since 2022.

The interim CEO Dr. Franz Richter is looking forward to his new operational task at Dr. Hönle AG: "Hönle has almost 50 years of experience in the field of UV technology.
