Dream Incubator Inc. (DI), Work Style Lab, Inc.(WSL) and Catalant Technologies, announced a strategic partnership, combining the forces of three leaders in agile workforce implementation to support clients with cross-border projects focused in Japan, as well as supporting Japan-based clientele growing their operations and projects in the region. DI is focused on capitalizing on and meeting the needs of the growing shift towards an on-demand talent model in Japanese consulting industry. The company acquired WSL in August of 2018 to provide a platform that would support both business projects and freelance consultants in Japan. Catalant enables organizations to transition to an agile operating model through its technology and programs and has recently increased its focus on global solutions for multinational clients. The pressure on companies to move faster to take advantage of opportunities is universal. Whether navigating into new geographic markets, or addressing the threat from a new, disruptive competition launched in another country, companies must be fast and flexible in their approach. All three companies are seeing a surge in the number of global projects their clients are engaging in. This partnership will be key to helping U.S. businesses conduct operations seamlessly in Japan, as well as offering Japanese businesses a catalyst for business agility, by enabling tools to adapt to the increasingly international focus that is changing the nature of how work gets done. Additionally, the partnership will provide freelance consultants around the world with a variety of opportunities to work across geographies, to expand their capabilities and expertise.
