The merger between Dubai Financial Market, PJSC (DFM:DFM) and Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange has been shelved as terms could not be agreed, sources said. The sources, who all spoke on condition of anonymity as the information isn't public, said it was unclear whether the merger plans were permanently on hold or whether they would be revived later. Spokesmen for DFM and ADX declined to comment to Reuters.
