Shenyang Blue Silver Industry Automatic Equipment Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300293) signed an agreement to acquire 85% stake in Dürr Ecoclean from Dürr Aktiengesellschaft (DB:DUE) for €98.4 million on August 8, 2016. The deal comprise of Dürr's five units namely Carl Schenck AG, Schenck Industrie-Beteiligungen AG, Schenck Corporation, Schenck S.A.S. and Schenck RoTec India Ltd. Shenyang Blue Silver has undertaken to maintain Dürr Ecoclean's sites and employment contracts in Germany until the end of 2019. In 2015, Dürr Ecoclean generated sales revenues of around €200 million and EBIT of €12.65 million. subject to approval by the authorities, Shenyang Blue Silver is expected to acquire the shares at the end of 2016.
