E-Lead Electronic Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 854.8 million compared to TWD 716.77 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 44.89 million compared to TWD 80.89 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.37 compared to TWD 0.68 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.36 compared to TWD 0.68 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 1,595.24 million compared to TWD 1,546.96 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 94.52 million compared to TWD 147.89 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.77 compared to TWD 1.24 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.76 compared to TWD 1.24 a year ago.
E-LEAD ELECTRONIC CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of automobile electronic products. The Companyâs primary products include automobile video and radio navigation systems, rear seat entertainment systems, automotive electronic modules, sports apparatus and multimedia products. The Company mainly operates through three business segments. The Taiwan E-Lead Operation segment is mainly engaged in the sales businesses in Taiwan. The Jiangsu E-Lead Operation segment is mainly engaged in the sales businesses in Mainland China. The Thailand E-Lead Operation segment is mainly engaged in the sales businesses in Southeast Asia. The Company mainly distributes its products in Mainland China, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia and Thailand.
