While Formica Group has been utilizing EasyLink for EDI Managed Services in the United States, the Formica Group United States technical staff was supporting European locations with in-line translation and mapping activities. To establish consistent EDI services for Europe over a secure, world-class VAN and enable its technical resources to focus on other business initiatives, Formica Group expanded EasyLink's outsourced supply chain services to include all mapping and translation services for the EMEA region.
