Scinex Corporation (TSE:2376) concluded an agreement to acquire BuzzGraph, Inc. from eBOOK Initiative Japan Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3658) on February 9, 2018. As per terms, 600 shares will be acquired. BuzzGraph, Inc. will operate as a subsidiary of Scinex Corporation.

The deal is expected to close on April 2, 2018.
