Composition of Board of Directors of EKOTON+ changed

/KASE, August 14, 2023/ - EKOTON+ JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated August 9, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors: - excluded: M. Doskumbayeva - member of the Board of Directors; - elected: Y. Aukenov - independent director. Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of EKOTON+ JSC consists of three persons: Y. Aukenov, B. Baimukhanov, S. Biryulin.
