Genoa, 31 August 2020 - EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. (the 'Company' or 'EDAC'), a company specialized in
double safety rope construction, such as maintenance and renovation of buildings and other architectural
structures, listed on the AIM Italia segment of the Italian Stock Exchange (EDAC ticker) and on Euro-next
Growth (ALEAC ticker), announces that the second of the three periods provided for the exercise of the
'Warrant EDAC 2018-2021', ISIN code IT0005351470 ('Warrant') will open on September 1, 2020 and close
on September 30, 2020, including the initial and final term (the 'Second Exercise Period').
The Warrant holders may request to subscribe new Summary Shares ('Compendium Shares') in the ratio of
no. 1 Summary Share for each no. 1 Warrant submitted for exercise, at the price of Euro 4.02 (four point
two/00) for each underwritten Summary Share.
Applications for subscription must be submitted, on any bank business day during the Second Exercise
Period, to the intermediary belonging to Monte Titoli S.p.A. with which the Warrants are deposited.
The Conversion Shares subscribed by Warrant holders during the Second Exercise Period will be made
available for trading through Monte Titoli S.p.A. on the settlement day following the end of the last day of
the Second Exercise Period. It is not expected that during the Second Exercise Period events will occur
during the Second Exercise Period that would result in the suspension of the right to exercise.
It is understood that, if the Warrant holders do not request to subscribe the Compend-God Shares by the
end of the Second Exercise Period, they will lose the relevant right, without prejudice to the right to
exercise the Warrants again in the following Exercise Period.
