Meeting today the Board of Directors of EEMS Italia S.p.A.
approved a resolution to make an application to Borsa
Italiana S.p.A. to voluntarily exclude the Company's shares
from the Star segment, with the transfer of these to the MTA
segment.
The Company believes that given the current stage of its
business reorganisation it is preferable to leave,
temporarily, the high requirement segment in which its shares
are classed.
The Company however confirms its undertaking to maintain the
existing corporate governance structure adopted in line with
the quality standards required by the Star segment, reserving
for itself the possibility of making a new application to
Borsa Italiana S.p.A. for inclusion in the Star segment once
it has concluded its current reorganisation stage and the
business growth process has picked up again.
