Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

In connection with the effectiveness of the Registration Statement on Form 10 of EESTech Inc. (the "Company"), the By-Laws of the Company became effective as of April 15, 2023 as previously approved by the Company's Board of Directors.

A copy of the By-Laws is filed hereto as Exhibit 3.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
