Efecte Oy (HLSE:EFECTE) made a tender offer to acquire remaining 6.59% stake in InteliWISE S.A. (WSE : ITL) for PLN 1.8 million on July 2, 2022. Efecte will pay PLN 3.99 cash per share for each remaining share. Prior to this offer, Efecte owns a total 6,407,229 share, representing approximately 93.41% stake in InteliWISE.
Completion of the formal offer will allow Efecte to delist InteliWISE and squeeze out remaining shareholders regardless of the result of the formal offer.
