EganStreet Resources Limited (ASX: EGA) (EganStreet or the Company) refers to the off-market takeover bid by Silver Lake Resources Limited (Silver Lake) for all the shares in the Company (Silver Lake Offer).

Silver Lake has reached the compulsory acquisition threshold of 90% of the takeover bid for EganStreet and has announced its intention to proceed to compulsory acquisition.

In accordance with the provisions of the Bid Implementation Deed dated 30 July 2019, Marc Ducler (Managing Director) has tendered his resignation as a director, effective immediately. Mr. Kelvin Flynn has been appointed to the Board of EganStreet, effective today.

Additionally, David Berg has been appointed as Company Secretary, effective immediately, following the resignation of Brendon Morton.
