Ege Profil Ticaret ve Sanayi Anonim Sirketi (IBSE:EGPRO) made offer to acquire remaining stake of 12.41% in PIMAS Plastik Insaat Malzemeleri A.S. (IBSE:PIMAS) from Deceuninck NV (ENXTBR:DECB) and other shareholders for TRY 19.4 million on September 7, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Ege Profil Ticaret will pay 1 new share for each share of PIMAS. On September 21, 2017, the offer terms were revised pursuant to which Ege Profil Ticaret will pay 0.4933 new shares for each TRY1 nominal share of PIMAS.
