Carrefour SA announced that it expects to receive ILS 165 million in funding from Electra Consumer Products Ltd and other investors

Carrefour SA announced that it has signed memorandum of intent to invest ILS 80 million in the network. Electra and Phoenix will invest another ILS 85 million; aggregate gross proceed of ILS 165 million on December 28, 2023. The company issued common shares in the transaction.
