ElvalHalcor Hellenic Copper and Aluminium Industry S A : Announcement for change in executives

ANNOUNCEMENT

The company under the trade name "ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces to the investment community, according to article 17 par. 1 of the Regulation (ΕU) nr. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th, 2014, and article 2 par. 2 point (e) of the Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Nr. 3/347/12.07.2005, that as of April 8th, 2024, Mr. Nikolaos Psyrakis of Zisis assumes the duties of Group Chief Financial Officer, in replacement of Mr. Spyridon Kokkolis who leaves the above position, while Mr. Angelos Giazitzoglou of Georgios assumes the newly established position of Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Nikolaos Psyrakis of Zisis has been an executive of the companies of VIOHALCO S.A. since 1992 and Chief Financial Officer of (former) "ELVAL HELLENIC ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A." [current Aluminium Rolling Division (ELVAL) of the Company], while Mr. Angelos Giazitzoglou has been an executive of the companies of VIOHALCO S.A. since 1997, in 2010 assumed the duties of Chief Financial Planning Officer of (former) "ELVAL HELLENIC ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A." [current Aluminium Rolling Division (ELVAL) of the Company] and in 2023 the duties of Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Aluminium Rolling Division (ELVAL) of the Company.
