Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 11 September, 2015 -We inform that today the Board of Directors of Emak S.p.A. and the Shareholder Meeting of Comag S.r.l. formally approved the incorporation of Comag S.r.l. in EMAK S.p.A., announced in the press release dated August 7, 2015.

As planned, Emak will acquire from its parent company Yama S.p.A. the remaining portion of the share capital of Comag, corresponding to 0.56% of the total, thus consolidating in its hands the entire stake of the company to be incorporated. The merger will be carried out after the expiry of the legal deadline..

Emak SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the industrial sector. The Company develops, manufactures and distributes a wide range of products in three business areas complementary to each other: Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE), Pumps and High Pressure Water Jetting (PWJ) and Components and Accessories (C&A). The OPE area includes the development, manufacture and marketing of products for gardening, forestry and small agricultural equipment, such as brush cutters, lawnmowers, garden tractors, chainsaws, tillers and motor cultivators. The PWJ area focuses on diaphragm pumps intended for agriculture, piston pumps for the industrial sector, of professional pressure washers and hydrodynamic units and machines for urban cleaning. The C&A area combines brush cutters, chainsaw accessories, guns, valves and nozzles, precision farming, seats and technical parts for tractors.
