EXPECTED DATE OF DESPATCH OF THE CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement of Emperor Entertainment Hotel Limited (the "Company") dated 15 July 2022 (the "Announcement") in relation to, among other things, the acquisition of Sale Share and Sale Loan of the Target Company. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As set out in the Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") was originally scheduled to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 15 August 2022. As additional time is required for the Company to prepare and finalise certain information to be included therein, the Circular is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 25 August 2022.
