On December 21, 2022, Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release which provided updates on the Company's business operations and its capital recycling transactions, including an announcement that the Company had completed an acquisition of a multifamily asset located at 298 Mulberry Street in Manhattan and closed on its previously announced disposition of its office asset located at 10 Bank Street in White Plains, NY.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
