Empresas ICA, S.A.B. de C.V. announced consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012. For the quarter, the company reported revenues of MXN 12,038 million, operating income of MXN 996 million, net income of MXN 986,000, adjusted EBITDA of MXN 1,697 million, EPS of MXN 1.36 per share as compared to revenues of MXN 8,937 million, operating income of MXN 679 million, net income of MXN 392,000, adjusted EBITDA of MXN 1,329 million, EPS of MXN 0.46 per share for the same period prior year. Total revenue grew 43% compared to first quarter of 2011, led by Civil Construction. All five business segments reported growth. Progress in the execution of the principal Civil Construction projects contributed more than two-thirds of the growth in revenue. Operating income increased 47% and Adjusted EBITDA increased 28% as compared to first quarter of 2011, primarily as a result of growth in concessions under construction and in operation and growth in Civil Construction. The company expects to generate total revenue growth of approximately 11% to 14% for the full year of 2012, and an Adjusted EBITDA margin in the range of 14%-16%.
