Soletanche Freyssinet Group acquired remaining 50% stake in Grupo Rodio Kronsa, S.A. from Empresas ICA, S.A.B. de C.V. for approximately MXN 280 million on November 24, 2015. As a result of transaction, Soletanche Freyssinet now holds 100% stake in Rodio Kronsa. For 2014-2015 fiscal, Grupo Rodio Kronsa had a turnover of €100 million (MXN 1.9 billion).
