Emtec, Inc. acquired Lucidity Consulting Group, LP from Bret Hatfield and others on April 2, 2015. Pursuant to acquisition, Lucidity Consulting Group, LP will operate as Emtec Consulting Services LLC. In conjunction with this acquisition, Emtec raised additional funding from its existing partner NewSpring Capital, and received new financing from MB Financial and Star Mountain Capital. Manan Shah and George Shea of FOCUS LLC acted as financial advisors for Emtec Consulting Services LLC.
