Toscelik Profil Ve Sac Endustrisi A S, part of TOSYALI Holding, may reportedly complete this week its talks to acquire Kombinat Aluminijuma Podgorica A.D. (KAP) from Central European Aluminum Company (CEAC), as reported by eKapija citing a report of daily Vecernje Novosti. According to report, CEAC, a subsidiary of En+ Group Ltd., has significantly lowered the initial price of 40 million it had sought for its share in KAP's equity and liabilities.
