Representatives of all the beneficiary groups of Ence's aid in 2021 met today at the San Juan del Puerto City Hall to sign the agreements with the energy company that allow them to start their projects. These are the entities selected for proposing the best valued initiatives for their positive impact on the socio-economic, environmental and cultural development of this Huelva town.
This event, chaired by the mayor of San Juan del Puerto and Ence managers, is the first step to start the projects selected this year, focused again on supporting the most vulnerable groups and continuing to strengthen resources in the face of the pandemic.
In addition, projects have been benefited that will allow the promotion of renewable energies, with the consolidation of a local energy community, as well as to advance in the improvement of areas as important as educational quality, the reduction of the digital divide, innovation in development agriculture or social awareness on issues of high social interest such as the flight of youth talent or gender violence.
Ence's aid also continues for another year supporting the solid associative fabric of the Huelva town that promotes healthy lifestyle habits such as sport in almost all its forms.
The framework collaboration agreement that Ence has maintained with San Juan del Puerto for four years is a confirmation of Ence's firm commitment to the groups around its activities, where sustainability and social responsibility are fundamental pillars of its management.
