ENDOCOAL BOARD REMINDS SHAREHOLDERS TO VOTE ON THE PROPOSED SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT WITH U&D MINING 22 February 2013 Reminder to vote as your vote is important
The Endocoal Limited (ASX: EOC, Endocoal) Board of Directors would like to update its shareholders on the proposed Scheme of Arrangement (Scheme) with U&D Mining Industry (Australia) Pty Ltd (U&D Mining).
As previously announced to the ASX, Endocoal will hold a Scheme Meeting for its shareholders to vote on the proposed Scheme. The Scheme Meeting will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, 28 February 2013 at the offices of Gilbert & Tobin, Level 37, 2 Park Street, Sydney.
If you are registered on the Register as an Endocoal Shareholder at 11.00am AEDT on 26 February 2013, then you will be entitled to attend and vote at the Scheme Meeting.
The Endocoal Board urges all Endocoal shareholders to vote on the Scheme either in person, by attending the Scheme Meeting, or by returning the proxy form that is attached to the Explanatory Memorandum in relation to the Scheme that was distributed to Endocoal shareholders.
TO BE VALID, PROXY FORMS FOR THE SCHEME MEETING MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE REGISTRY BY NO LATER THAN 11.00am AEDT ON TUESDAY 26 FEBRUARY 2013.
