The board of directors of Enel Russia has approved changes to the company's management. Enrico Viale has left the management board, being replaced by Enel Russia's new CEO Carlo Palasciano. Igor Lesnykh also left the board and was replaced by the vice president and director of personnel and organizational development, Sergei Petrov.
The company said that the changes reflect the company's new organizational structure.
