Ul'yanovskenergo OAO is active on both retail and wholesale markets, located on the territory of the Ulyanovsk region, including Ulyanovsk, Dimitrovgrad, Grist, Inza cities, among others. As of April 17, 2014 , the Company's major shareholders were both AND OOO and Volzhskiy Gorod OOO with a stake of 24.3% each.
