On January 25, 2023, Energy Transfer LP (the "Partnership") issued a press release announcing its quarterly cash distribution of $0.305 per common unit ($1.22 annualized) on ET common units for the quarter ended December 31, 2022.

A copy of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth in the attached Exhibit 99.1 is deemed to be "furnished" and shall not be deemed to be "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act").

Item 8.01. Other Events.

On January 25, 2023, the Partnership announced a quarterly distribution of $0.305 per common unit ($1.22 annualized) on common units for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. The cash distribution will be paid on February 21, 2023 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 7, 2023.
