ENL LIMITED THE STOCK EXCHANGE OF MAURITIUS LTD
Communique
Notice is hereby given that the Listing Executive Committee of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (SEM) has approved the listing of the following three tranches of Secured Notes to be issued by ENL Limited (ENL) following an Offer for Subscription to the public for a total amount of up to MUR 2.5 Billion:
- ENL-01-FRN-122028;
- ENL-01-FLN-122030;and
- ENL-01-FLN-122038.
On the first day of listing of the above Notes, scheduled for 18 December 2023, 100 Notes in each tranche will be made available for trading at an indicative price of MUR 1,000 per Note (the indicative price will be adjusted to the nearest tick size as per the Trading Procedures).

The Prospectus (deemed to be Listing Particulars) of ENL is available on the website of the SEM (www.stockexchangeofmauritius.com) and at the offices of the sponsoring broker, M.C.B Stockbrokers Limited, situated at Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis.
