En. Ahmad Razlan Bin Mohamed entered into a share sale agreement to acquire 70% stake in EP Blueshark Sdn Bhd from EP Manufacturing Bhd (KLSE:EPMB) for MYR 1 on October 18, 2023. Upon completion of the Disposal, EP Blueshark will no longer be a subsidiary of EP Manufacturing.
The acquisition is expected to be completed within 30 business days. Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn Bhd acted as the financial advisor to EP Manufacturing Bhd (KLSE:EPMB).
