EPCO Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2311) signed a share transfer agreement to acquire System House Engineering Co., Ltd. from Fujita Engineering Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:1770) on March 25, 2020. Under the terms, 2,400 shares will be acquired, representing all shares in System House. For the year ended March 31, 2019, System House had revenues of ¥730.9 million, operating income of ¥27.6 million and net income of ¥17.3 million. Board of Fujita passed its resolution on the transaction on March 25, 2020. Transaction is expected to close on March 30, 2020.
