UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS ON JUDICIAL MANAGEMENT

The Judicial Managers (the "JMs") of Epicentre Holdings Limited (Judicial Managers Appointed by Court) (the "Company") refer to their announcements on the judicial management on the Company on 2 August 2019, 14 August 2019, 5 September 2019, 31 October 2019, 23 December 2019, 2 January 2020, 20 February 2020, 20 April 2020, 12 June 2020, 12 August 2020, 1 October 2020, 30 November 2020, 22 January 2021, 18 March 2021, 14 May 2021 and 17 June 2021.

The JMs wish to update that there is no material change to the Company's financial situation since the Company was placed into judicial management.

As mentioned in the JMs' announcement dated 17 June 2021, the Company had entered into an Investment Agreement ("Investment Agreement") with Transworld Electronic Technology Limited ("Transworld"). The JMs are working with Transworld towards the satisfaction of the conditions set out in the Investment Agreement.

The JMs will provide further updates as may be appropriate.

Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing with the Company's securities. Shareholders should seek advice from their stockbrokers, bankers, solicitors, accountants, tax advisers or other professional advisers if they have any doubt about the actions that they should take.
