GIORGIO GUARDIGLI NEW CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (CMO) OF ePRICE, THE ITALIAN LEADER

OF E-COMMERCE.

Milan, 29th January 2018. ePRICE, Italy's first national e-Commerce platform and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange announces that Giorgio Guardigli assumes the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

He graduated in Business Communication and Marketing at the Università degli Studi in Milan, and began his career at ING Direct N.V. Italian Branch, focusing on digital marketing for 5 years. He later joined Fineco Bank to manage marketing activities of the banking cluster during the acquisition of the company by Unicredit. He then joined the start-up of CheBanca!, Mediobanca group's retail bank, where he spent 10 years, first as Digital Marketing Manager and then as Head of Digital & Media, coordinating the activities of Digital Acquisition, Media, UX & Concept Design and Web Communication.

After 15 years of experience in the world of financial services, he took on a new challenge in a different industry and joined ePRICE in July 2017 as Operative Marketing Responsible.

Today he becomes Chief Marketing Officer, coordinating the entire marketing department of the company.
