Escrow Agent Japan, Inc. (TSE:6093) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 2,000,000 shares, representing 4.72% of the outstanding shares for ¥500 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment, improve shareholder returns and capital efficiency. The program will run until June 21, 2019. As of February 28, 2019, the company had 42,343,150 shares outstanding and 3,951 shares in treasury.
