Escrow Agent Japan, Inc. (TSE:6093) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 1,000,000 shares, representing 2.35% of its share capital, for ¥200 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment, enhance shareholder returns, and improve capital efficiency. The program will run until June 22, 2020. As of February 29, 2020, the company had 42,521,884 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 1,226,852 shares in treasury.
