Etteplan Oyj (HLSE:ETTE) signed an agreement to acquire Stora Enso?s Sunila pulp mill Technology and Investments department from Stora Enso Oyj (HLSE:STERV) on September 12, 2023. The agreement covers the transfer of 10 Stora Enso project managers and engineers to Etteplan as of September 18, 2023.
