EU YAN SANG INTERNATIONAL LTD. (Company Registration No. 199302179H) (Incorporated in Singapore) RE-CONSTITUTION OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Board of Directors of Eu Yan Sang International Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr. Soh Chung Hian, Independent Director, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 17 January 2014. He has also been elected as the Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from the same date.
Consequent upon the above changes, the Audit Committee now comprises the following: Mr. Soh Chung Hian (Chairman; Independent Director)
Ms. Ng Shin Ein (Independent Director)
Mr. Matthew J. Estes (Independent Director).
