Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. (BIT:FF) made an offer to acquire remaining 27.1 % stake in Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. (BIT:FF) for €11 million on September 21, 2021. Under the terms Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A will 1.28 million shares for €8.6 per share. In a related transaction Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. (BIT:FF) signed a binding agreement to acquire a 72.9% stake in Euro Cosmetic S.p.A. (BIT:EC) from Findea's Srl and MD S.R.L. for €26.8 million on September 21, 2021.

On November 24, 2021, Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) has approved the transaction.
