Its main activity is the provision of integrated insurance services to public and private enterprises operating in the industrial, commercial and service sectors in Greece and abroad. The Company's services portfolio includes the provision of business risk management, insurance advisory, insurance and reinsurance broking services, claims management, affinity groups strategy services and employee benefits services. Eurobrokers SA is the exclusive partner for Greece of Assurex Global Corporation, an international privately held risk management and insurance brokerage group of companies. In February 2014, the Company divested all of its shares in EUROGROUP INSURANCE BROKERS ROMANIA S.R.L., equal to a 91% stake.
