Ramón Cacabelos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of EuroEspes agreed to acquire 3.74% stake in EuroEspes, S.A. (CATS:EEP) to Inversora Portichol S.L. on June 18, 2014. Under the terms of the transaction, Ramón Cacabelos wiill sell 0.21 million shares in EuroEspes, S.A.
Ramón Cacabelos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of EuroEspes completed the acquisition of 3.74% stake in EuroEspes, S.A. (CATS:EEP) to Inversora Portichol S.L. on December 1, 2014.
Euroespes SA is a Spain-based company engaged in the healthcare sector.
