Current executive management and Eurofins Scientific SE entered into an agreement to acquire Maser Engineering B.V.

Current executive management and Eurofins Scientific SE (ENXTPA:ERF) entered into an agreement to acquire Maser Engineering B.V. on September 28, 2021. Current executive management will have a minority stake in Maser Engineering B.V. The new management will include Medhi Batel, Thijs Kempers and Rudy Sesink. Batel joins the management team on behalf of the Eurofins Group.
