INCORPORATION OF SUBSIDIARY BY EUROSPORTS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD.

The Board of Directors of EuroSports Global Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that EuroSports Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("EST"), a subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a wholly- owned subsidiary in Singapore, EVI Electric Pte Ltd ("EVI") on 26 November 2021.

EVI was incorporated with an issued and paid-up capital of S$1 comprising of 1 ordinary share. EVI will be a separate brand from Scorpio Electric. EVI will carry on the business as an electric mobility manufacturer and energy system provider. The Board of Directors and management of EVI shall comprise of Mr. Andy Goh Kim Hup and Mr. Joshua Goh Yi Shun.

The said incorporation is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 March 2022.

None of the Directors and, to the best knowledge of the Directors, none of the substantial shareholders or controlling shareholders of the Company, has any direct or indirect interest in the incorporation, other than through their shareholdings in the Company.
