Amaro, 12 maggio 2021 - Eurotech S.p.A. rende noto che l'avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea ordinaria della Società, convocata per il giorno 11 giugno 2021, in unica convocazione, è disponibile presso la sede legale, è stato pubblicato in data odierna sul sito internet della Società www.eurotech.com alla sezione Investitori/Informazioni azionisti, nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "1Info" consultabile al sito www.1info.it, ed è stato inoltre pubblicato per estratto sul quotidiano "Italia Oggi" in data odierna.

Eurotech: Notice of Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting and Publication of the Directors' Report on all items on the agenda

Amaro (Italy), 12 May 2021 - Eurotech S.p.A. announces that the notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for June 11th, 2021 in single call, is available at the Company's registered office, has been published on the Company's website www.eurotech.com (Investors/Shareholder's information section) as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "1Info" available at www.1info.it and it was also published today as an extract in the newspaper "Italia Oggi".

The directors' report on all items on the agenda of the shareholders' meeting, as well as the information document concerning the performance shares plan that will be submitted to the approval of the said Meeting pursuant to art. 114-bis of Legislative decree no. 58/1998, are available at the registered office, on the Company's website www.eurotech.com (Investors/Shareholder's information section) and on the authorized storage mechanism "1Info" available on the website www.1info.it.
