The key financial data and indicators for the first half year of 2020 as set out in this announcement are preliminary data prepared under General Accepted Accounting Principles of the People's Republic of China, which have not been audited by the reporting accountants. 2. Explanations of the preliminary operating results and financial position

In the first half year of 2020, the Company focused on strategic guidance, advanced mechanism reform, and laid a solid foundation for development. Benefiting from the improvement in market activity, the principal businesses have maintained steady development. In the first half year of 2020, the Company recorded an operating income of RMB6.315 billion, with a year-on- year increase of 7.75%, and recorded net profit attributable to shareholders of the Company of RMB2.152 billion, with a year-on-year increase on 33.74%.
