Ezra Holdings Limited Announces Voluntary Striking Off of Dormant Indirect Joint Venture Entities of Company and Ezion Holdings

The board of directors of Ezra Holdings Limited announced that the following dormant indirect joint venture entities of the company and Ezion Holdings Limited, have been voluntary struck off from the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344A of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore: Eminent 1 Pte. Ltd.;,Eminent 2 Pte. Ltd.; Eminent 3 Pte.

Ltd.; Eminent 4 Pte. Ltd.; Eminent 5 Pte. Ltd.; Eminent 6 Pte.

Ltd.; and Eminent 237 Pte. Ltd. The voluntary striking off of these dormant Indirect JV Entities has no material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Company and the Group for the financial year ending 31 August 2017.
